To replace your cover under the warranty program, customers pay a small coverage renewal fee, which covers all replacement and shipping costs. In return, customers receive a brand-new cover, ensuring continuous protection for as long as they own it. This warranty covers defects in material or artistry under normal use and service, applies only to the original purchaser and the exact model ordered, and is non-transferable.

After you place your order, Seal Skin Covers ships within 24–48 business hours, Monday through Friday. Always remember that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. Standard delivery via UPS Ground usually takes 4–8 business days, while P.O. Box orders ship via USPS in 2–3 days. Expedited shipping is available, but free shipping does not apply to U.S. territories or non-contiguous states like Alaska and Hawaii.

Seal Skin Covers offers a 30-day return and exchange window that begins on the date your order is delivered. To start a request, contact customer support and include your order number along with the reason for your return. Requests submitted after the 30-day window has closed cannot be accepted, so it's best to reach out as soon as you notice an issue with your cover.

Checking out with Seal Skin Covers is simple since you can pay with any major credit card or your PayPal account. If you'd rather spread out the cost, monthly financing through Affirm is also available at checkout. Just be sure your billing details match your card information exactly, so your order processes smoothly without unexpected delays or issues affecting your payment when you check out.
