NIU promo codes & deals

NIU provides free ground shipping for electric scooters and related products to the lower 48 states in the United States, excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. Orders are generally processed within about three business days after payment, then delivered in roughly 3 to 10 business days via UPS or FedEx. Tracking details are emailed once the order ships.

NIU provides a two-year limited warranty on its electric scooters. This coverage protects against manufacturing defects and certain components that may fail under normal use. The warranty ensures that customers can have confidence in the quality and reliability of their scooter, and it helps address issues that may arise during regular ownership.

Customers can track their NIU orders by visiting the Track My Order section on the official NIU website. By entering the order number and relevant details, buyers can view shipping updates and monitor delivery progress. This tool provides transparency from order processing to final delivery, helping customers plan for the receipt of their scooter or accessory.

NIU allows returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must meet return conditions, typically being unused and in their original packaging. Customers can request a return by contacting NIU's customer support or following instructions on their website. Approved returns may result in a refund or exchange according to NIU's policy guidelines.
