About Sisley Paris
About Sisley Paris
Few skincare brands have held the same reputation for as long as Sisley Paris. Founded in 1976, the French luxury house built its line around botanical ingredients combined with advanced scientific research, producing skincare, cosmetics, and fragrances that sit firmly at the high end of the market. The results-driven formulas and sensorial textures appeal to people who treat their skincare routine as something worth investing in rather than just getting through. It is sold through select department stores and its own boutiques worldwide.

What is Sisley Paris' refund policy?
Sisley Paris accepts returns within 30 days of your order being shipped. Refunds cover the product cost and standard shipping charges on full returns, but not partial returns. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 30 days of Sisley receiving and inspecting the items.
What is Sisley Paris' shipping policy?
Standard UPS Ground shipping is free on all U.S. orders and typically arrives within 1 to 5 business days. UPS Express shipping is available for a flat fee of $15 for faster delivery. Sisley Paris ships to all U.S. states including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands, but not to other U.S. territories. Delivery times are estimates only, and Sisley Paris is not liable for late delivery, though a full refund will be issued if the order cannot be delivered within 30 days.
