What is the shipping policy of Southwest Indian?
Online and phone orders received Monday through Friday before 2 p.m. MT will be processed the same day. Online and phone orders order placed after this time will be processed the next business day. They will ship your package via UPS, with the last leg delivered by USPS. Delivery takes from four to seven business days depending on where you live.
Shipping rates are as follows for orders under $100:
- Standard shipping costs $7.50 to $15.50, depending on the order value.
- Priority ground is $8.50 to $18.50.
- Priority (two to three days) is $9.50 to $19.50
- UPS Ground (four to seven days) costs $11.50 to $22.50
- UPS 3 Day is standard plus $21
- UPS 2nd Day is standard plus $25
- UPS Overnight Express is standard plus $32.20
How do refunds and returns work?
Southwest Indian Foundation has a 60-day guarantee (Opened Products - please be sure to read the information on each opened product to see how this policy changes). If you are returning an item, it must be in its original packaging and have its original tags. If a product has been used, you must get a return authorization by contacting Customer Service by email or phone. The only exception to this is the "One Free Fitting" policy with apparel. They look at used items on a case-by-case basis, though our standard policy is to only accept returns on used items if there is a defect. If requesting an exchange, they do cover USPS or ground shipping on the new item being sent to you (excluding international orders), but you are responsible for all return shipping to the store. Please allow 7 to 14 business days to process your exchange/refund.
