Spalding offers free shipping on eligible basketball hoops, making it easier to save on larger purchases. For most other orders, standard shipping costs $9.99 and typically arrives within 5–7 business days, while express shipping is available for $19.00 with an estimated delivery time of 2–3 business days. Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days, although basketball hoop systems shipped by freight may take longer to arrive.

If you want to make a return, you can do so within 30 days from the date of purchase. You have to ensure the item is in its original condition and packaging before shipping it. The brand offers free returns when you use the prepaid return shipping label generated through the Spalding returns portal. However, basketball hoops are subject to the cost of return shipping plus a 15% restocking fee. Once your return is received and approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 business days.

Many of Spalding's basketball equipment products come with a limited warranty, although the coverage period varies by product and component. The warranty applies to defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear. You can submit a warranty claim through Spalding's customer support team with proof of purchase and photos of the issue.

Spalding offers digital gift cards that can be purchased in a range of denominations. Gift cards make a convenient option for basketball players and fans and can be redeemed toward eligible purchases made on the Spalding website.
