What's the shipping policy?

The brand offers free standard shipping on orders over $75. If your order is below this amount, a $6 shipping fee applies. Standard delivery takes 2-5 working days, but you can opt for 2-day delivery for $15 or next-day delivery for $50.

What's the return and refund policy?

You can return items within 30 days of purchase. However, returns must be in new, resalable condition and free of hair and dirt. To initiate a return, you can purchase a return label for $6 or use your own shipping method. EzyDog processes exchanges within 48 hours, while refunds take 2-10 business days to be credited to your original method of payment.

Do the products have a warranty?

All EzyDog pet accessories come with a one-year warranty that covers material defects and workmanship. If you experience a defect, you can contact customer support with the details and photos of the issue to begin the warranty process. However, the warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, chewing, or abuse.

Once your order ships, EzyDog sends you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your order. This link lets you track your order from the moment it leaves the warehouse to your address.
