What is Teleflora's shipping and delivery policy?
Most Teleflora gift bouquets are hand-delivered on the same day. To ensure same-day delivery within the U.S., place your order by 2 p.m. in the recipient's local time zone from Monday to Friday and by 12 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays.
If your delivery is around a major holiday, it's recommended that you make your orders at least five days in advance.
Cancellations
What is Teleflora's cancellation policy?
Teleflora cannot accommodate cancellations or changes once you place an order with the florist or your delivery is in transit or has already been delivered. Orders are processed right away which typically prevents any alterations or cancellations of your delivery.
