Tempo.Fit promo codes & deals

All products ordered will be delivered to the shipping address you provide. If the merchant provides an expected shipping date, such date is an estimate, cannot be guaranteed, and is subject to change. Because of the weight of some items, an LTL carrier may be used for some products for a home gym.

You may return your Tempo Move Device for a refund of the amount you paid for the Device at any time within thirty (30) days of receiving your Device.

The 30-day trial is only available for Tempo Move devices delivered by Tempo or their official delivery partners. This trial does not apply to secondhand purchases or items bought from private sellers.

Original packaging is required to ensure the Device remains in good condition during transit. Tempo can provide packaging and shipping for your return at a cost in the event you no longer have your original packaging.

You are required to share photos of the properly packed device within two days of the return request. Once the photos are approved by Tempo, you will have seven days to ship the device back with the carrier. If these guidelines are not met, Tempo reserves the right to invoice you for the full value of the Device.

Refunds may take up to 30 days after Tempo receives the Device.

In case of defect or malfunction, a replacement Device will be provided free of charge in the event one is required. Tempo reserves the right to repair or replace devices at its sole discretion.
