Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Terrorities

Tempur-Pedic does not ship its mattresses outside the contiguous U.S. However, customers in Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories can purchase smaller items like pillows and linens with a $25 shipping charge ($50 for mattress toppers). Customers in these areas may be able to have mattresses shipped when purchasing through another merchant.

Tempur-Pedic mattresses come with a 90 Night Sleep Trial and 10-Year Limited Warranty. The sleep trial lets you try out the mattress risk-free and return it for a full refund, minus any applicable shipping charges, if you are unsatisfied. Customers must use the mattress for at least 30 nights and request a return or exchange within 90 days of purchase. For items like pillows, bed linens and mattress toppers, Tempur-Pedic will only accept returns if the item arrived damaged or there is a product defect.

Tempur-Pedic doesn't have a rewards program, but you can sign up for its promotional emails to stay notified of its latest deals and coupons. New subscribers can often get a discount on their next purchase for signing up, such as a 30% coupon for pillows and sheets.
