About The Million Roses

About The Million Roses

Preserved roses that hold their color and shape for months or even years set The Million Roses apart from conventional floral gifts that last a week at best. Arrangements come in luxury hat boxes and acrylic cases designed to be displayed rather than placed in a vase. The brand appeals to people shopping for anniversaries, Valentine's Day, and milestone occasions where a gift that genuinely lasts feels more meaningful than something that wilts by the weekend.

Questions shoppers ask about The Million Roses

What is The Million Roses' return policy?

All sales are final due to the custom, perishable nature of these arrangements. Email photos to help@themillionroses.com if your order arrives damaged, and The Million Roses will arrange a replacement. Review your order details carefully before checkout, since standard returns aren't available.

What is The Million Roses' shipping policy?

Standard U.S. shipping is free with no minimum required, arriving in 3 or more days. Choose your exact delivery date at checkout for guaranteed arrival. Same-day pickup is available at the Los Angeles showroom for orders placed before 2 p.m.

Does The Million Roses ship internationally?

Yes, Canada ships at a flat CAD $98 rate per delivery. Other international shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout. Most international deliveries arrive within two days of your selected date, giving the roses time to travel with care.

What happens if my Million Roses package is lost?

File a claim no sooner than 7 days after your scheduled delivery date for domestic shipments, or 20 days for international orders. A shipment counts as lost once tracking shows no updates for that window. Contact customer service to begin your claim.
