The North Face promo codes & deals

The North Face is a well-known brand that specializes in outdoor adventure and recreation apparel, footwear and gear. It caters to the needs of men, women and children who have a passion for the great outdoors and activities like camping, skiing, backpacking and cycling. Its popular Thermoball collection includes lightweight jackets, shoes and other outerwear designed with innovative quilting and advanced insulation to provide incredible warmth, and there are even styles made from 100% recycled fabrics. In addition, its insulated retro Nuptse jackets embrace the brand's classic style that has endured over time. Other key TNF product lines include the adaptable Triclimate jackets, the comfortable Denali fleece, water-resistant Apex Bionic 3 soft shells, and the Summit Series, which is engineered for high-performance outdoor activities.

While The North Face offers free standard shipping on orders of $99 or more, customers can also join the free XPLR Pass rewards program to get free shipping with no minimum purchase required.

Standard shipping is available to all U.S. states, Canadian provinces, and most U.S. and Canadian territories. For faster delivery, 2-day and overnight shipping is available at an additional charge. Shipments to P.O. Boxes and military APO/FPO addresses are not eligible for expedited delivery. During the holiday season, customers can choose gift packaging on select products for an additional $9 plus tax.

The North Face offers free returns of online purchases within 30 days for most items. Online purchases can returned by mail using a free prepaid return label or to a local The North Face or The North Face Outlet store for a full refund. Exchanges are only available on in-store returns. Online purchases made using PayPal, Klarna or Apple Pay are not eligible for in-store returns.

Warranty Returns

The North Face products are well known for their quality, and the company includes a Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects and workmanship for the lifetime of most products. Footwear and The North Face Renewed products are excluded. However, these items include a 1-year warranty. After inspection, the company will repair or replace warranty-eligible items without charge. For product damage not covered by the warranty, The North Face may repair the product for an additional fee.

When you join XPLR Pass, The North Face's free rewards program, you'll get 10% off your first online order. Among its many benefits, members get free standard shipping on every purchase and earn rewards points on eligible purchases. Members also receive special offers and early access to limited-edition collections.

Look for deals of up to 40% off during The North Face's yearly Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales as well as other holidays. Some of the store's biggest savings can often be discovered in its End of Season Sale, which can feature clearance items up to 50% off. We've also seen promotions that include 30% off The North Face best sellers and up to 40% off Thermoball outerwear. Plus, many The North Face products are sold at major department and sporting goods stores, so watch for deals on TNF jackets and other gear during big sales at stores like Macy's, REI and Dick's Sporting Goods, too.

The North Face partners with Klarna to provide customers with a flexible payment option at checkout. For qualifying shoppers, Klarna features Pay in 4 payment plans that split the purchase total into four no-interest installments. The first payment is made when the order is processed, and the remaining installments are automatically paid every two weeks.

Shoppers can order online and choose in-store pickup at their nearest The North Face store. Additionally, The North Face products are sold at several other department and sporting goods stores, making it easy to find The North Face outerwear and other gear near you for in-store pickup.
