Shipping rates vary based on order amount and selected shipping method, ranging from $6.95 to $27.95. After one to two business days of processing and handling, economy shipping typically arrives in one to three business days, while FedEx Ground arrives in three to seven business days. FedEx 2Day and Overnight options are available for faster delivery. Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, APO and FPO addresses may take longer. Saturday and Sunday deliveries are not available for FedEx 2Day and Overnight shipping.

Tillys accepts returns within 30 days of the order date or store purchase date. Returned items must have a receipt and be in their original condition with attached labels. Exceptions include final sale items like sunglasses, watches and clearance promotions. Certain items like bikes and surfboards can't be returned in-store and must be returned by mail. Amazon purchases can be returned online for refunds or in-store for exchanges or credit. A return fee of $5.95 applies for the Tillys-provided return label, but products can be returned for free in-store with an email confirmation for proof of purchase.

Tillys shoppers can select Afterpay at checkout to pay for their items over time. For qualified customers, Afterpay splits the purchase total into four equal payments with no interest fees. Enjoy convenient shopping options with in-store pickup and same-day delivery. For in-store pickup, select the "pick up in-store" option when you add a product to your cart, and once you check out, you'll receive an email confirmation when your order is ready (typically within two hours). Then, head to the selected store with your confirmation email, where an associate will assist you. For same-day delivery, typically $9.99 through Uber, choose the "same day delivery" option and enter your address at checkout. Once your order is picked up and delivered, you'll receive an email notification.
