About TireMart.com
TireMart makes tire shopping straightforward with a huge mix of new, used, blemished, and “take-off” options (essentially new tires removed from showroom cars). Orders placed before 1 p.m. ET typically ship the same day via FedEx, and shipping is free to the 48 contiguous states; handy when you’re trying to time an install. Warehouses in Pennsylvania, Texas, and Florida help keep delivery windows short depending on where you live.
Questions shoppers ask about TireMart.com
What is TireMart’s shipping policy?
Shipping is free to the 48 contiguous states. Orders placed before 1 p.m. ET generally ship the same business day, and typical delivery runs 1 to 6 business days depending on your location. FedEx Ground/Home Delivery is used; high-value orders may require a signature at delivery.
What is the return policy?
TireMart lists a 90-day money-back return window for unused, unmounted tires. The formal policy says the buyer is responsible for return shipping; some individual listings may advertise special “free returns,” so always check the product page for any return perk tied to that SKU.
Does TireMart offer a military discount?
Yes—verified military customers and immediate family receive 5% off.
Are blemished and take-off tires covered by manufacturer warranties?
Blemished and take-off options typically do not include manufacturer tire warranties (that coverage applies to new tires). Weigh the lower upfront price against the lack of brand warranty and decide what fits your situation.
Does TireMart have financing?
Yes, the site details installment options you can use at checkout, which can help you take advantage of short-term promos.
Can I pick up locally or ship to my installer?
You can arrange warehouse pickup by calling ahead, and members can save installer details and ship directly to them, which is useful if you want tires delivered straight to the shop.
