Total Wine & More is the perfect place to find an incredible variety of beverages, such as fine wines, top-shelf spirits and beers from all around the world. In its stores, you will not only encounter a vast selection but also have access to classes and events that explore the world of beverages in greater depth. It is the ideal place for those who want to expand their knowledge or spend a fun evening learning about the best wines or cocktail recipes they can enjoy at home. Its regular in-store tastings are a hit if you're into trying before buying. Plus, they'll even deliver your order right to your door in select states.

Where permitted by law, you can have your Total Wine & More order shipped via FedEx or local delivery services. This restriction mainly applies to alcoholic products, with regulations and product availability varying for each state. Total Wine & More can ship non-alcoholic products, such as glassware and tools, to all 50 states. The company does not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and the chosen shipping method. Total Wine & More uses FedEx for most shipments, with options including Overnight, 2-Day Air and Ground. In select markets, local delivery is available through third-party delivery services.

Total Wine & More's return policy varies by state based on local regulations regarding the sale of alcoholic products. If you need to return an online order, you'll need to contact the company's customer service team at (855) 328-9463.

Total Wine & More has a free loyalty program called &MORE Rewards. Members earn 10 points for every dollar spent and can receive additional perks and benefits based on the state where they live. For most states, you can get a $5 Reward for every 5,000 points. Select states restrict which items you can purchase using the $5 Reward, such as excluding reward purchases of alcoholic or tobacco products. For states that don't allow members to collect a reward, Total Wine & More donates to local charities, using the points as a voting system to choose the charity.

The &MORE Rewards program has three tier levels (Select, Reserve, and Grand Reserve) based on the number of points a member earns. Additional benefits at the upper tiers include access to member-only store events, discounted or free wine classes (where available) and free wine bags or reusable totes.

If you find a lower advertised price at another store in your local area, you can bring the ad to your nearest Total Wine & More store to request a price match. However, eligibility for price matching may be limited by local and state laws, which can prevent the store from selling the product below certain price points. Online purchases are not eligible for price matching.

When you order online, in-store pickup is available at most Total Wine & More stores, and select locations also provide curbside pickup services. A valid ID verifying that you are 21+ years of age is required when picking up the order.

Depending on the location, there may be a service fee for same-day pickup orders. You can avoid this fee by placing an order for next-day pickup. Orders not picked up within one week will be automatically canceled and refunded. You can call the store to request an extension if you need the order held longer.

Verified military customers who are members of the free &MORE Rewards loyalty program can earn 2X bonus points on select purchases at Total Wine & More. Eligible items include Winery Direct wine, Spirits Direct spirits and beer singles.
