Trek Bicycle offers a 30-Day Unconditional Guarantee, allowing you to return bikes and accessories that don't suit your needs. It will take about 10 days for the refund to appear in your account. However, the wait time may be longer depending on your bank.

On the other hand, wheels have a limited lifetime warranty, and shoppers get a free replacement for damages sustained within two years of purchase. However, the frame gets a generous lifetime cover under Trek's Carbon Care program that gives riders heavily discounted replacements for life.
