About VistaPrint
About VistaPrint
VistaPrint is an online retailer for customizable printed goods. While its well known for its business cards, calendars and fliers, printable goods go well beyond paper. VistaPrint caters to not only businesses but also private consumers looking for personalized mugs, photo albums, stickers, yard signs, banners, t-shirts, postcards, booklets, canvas prints and more.
The company has changed dramatically with the times. It was founded in 1995 under the name Bonne Impression, which sold desktop publishing and printing software. As the internet changed and demands shifted, VistaPrint grew into its current form. Today, VistaPrint offers all kinds of consumer goods in addition to expanding design services for businesses, weddings and more.
Check for our RetailMeNot cash back offers, they are a great way to save as you can combine cash back with other offers for maximum savings.

Cancellations
What is VistaPrint's cancellation policy?
Vistaprint's cancellation policy allows you to cancel items as long as they have not started printing it. While they will try their best, submitting a cancellation request doesn't guarantee success. Each item must be canceled separately.
To cancel an item:
- Go to "My Account" and then click "Need help with a recent order? Start here."
- Select your order and choose "I want to cancel my order"
- Select the products you want to cancel and your preferred compensation method before confirming you cancellation.
You'll receive two emails during the process: one confirming the request and another with the cancellation update. If successful, you'll be refunded, and "Canceled" will appear next to the item in your Order History.

How do I get and use Vistaprint coupons?
Vistaprint offers plenty of ways to save and get discounts. One Vistaprint coupon you can get easily is a 15% off offer when you sign up for emails (which is a great way to ensure you'll receive Vistaprint coupons when available). You'll also find plenty of Vistaprint coupons and promo codes here, on our Vistaprint deals page. Think offers like $15 off orders over $100 with a promo code.
Make sure you've installed our browser extension, which sources coupons and promo codes in real time as you shop Vistaprint and other retailers.\nPlus, while technically not a coupon in the traditional sense, you can often get a per-item discount by placing a larger order. When viewing an item, increase the number of units to see your new, lower per-unit cost.
Vistaprint also regularly offers coupon codes to customers. Called special discounts, you can find these exclusive discount codes on the Vistaprint homepage as well as the Vistaprint deals page. If you sign up for Vistaprint emails, you can also find discount codes from newsletters and special offers for email signups.
Vistaprint.com has an easy-to-spot promo code box on the checkout screen. Users just need to type in or copy and paste their chosen promo code and apply it to their order.
Can You Stack Multiple Coupons on Vistaprint?
No, unfortunately you cannot stack multiple coupons on Vistaprint's website. That's why it is important to make sure you use the code that offers the most savings value.
Does Vistaprint have a Rewards or Loyalty Program?
Vistaprint has a premium membership, called VistaPrint Advantage, that costs $59.99 per year and gives you benefits like:
- Up to 25% off business cards -20% off other select products -10% off promo items/apparel
To start your free month or sign up for the reseller premium membership, go to vistaprint.com/reseller/
Since VistaPrint's rewards program is paid, it is not worth it for one-time shoppers that are looking for extra savings. If that's you, we'd recommend snagging a coupon code or sale instead. However, if you shop at VistaPrint on a more regular basis (4+ times per year), then the $59.99 annual fee could pay for itself.
