Vivid Seats promo codes & deals

Whether you're looking to see the biggest names in music, cheer on your favorite team or enjoy a night out at the theater, Vivid Seats makes accessing the best seats hassle-free. Vivid Seats is an online ticket exchange and marketplace for buyers and sellers of resale event tickets. On its website or app, you can enjoy a seamless ticket-buying experience to venues around the world, including choosing your preferred seats, competitive pricing and a 100% buyer guarantee. Whether it’s a major sporting event in town or a concert tour, Vivid Seats guarantees that every ticket sold on the platform is valid and authentic and will arrive on time for the show.

Vivid Seats guarantees that buyers will receive their purchased tickets before the event and that all tickets will be valid and authentic. Many ticket purchases at Vivid Seats are available as E-tickets or Instant Downloads. In some cases, physical tickets may be shipped via UPS, with delivery usually occurring in 1-3 business days. Some orders require Special Delivery in which the buyer will receive the tickets the same day as the event. Special Delivery may include onsite pickup of tickets at Will Call or another designated location within two miles of the venue or same-day delivery by a messenger service. If a buyer receives physical tickets, they have 48 hours to report any inconsistencies between their order and the delivered tickets.

When an event is postponed or rescheduled to a new date or venue, your tickets are typically valid for the new date. If you purchase tickets to an event that is canceled and not rescheduled, Vivid Seats will provide a full refund or store credit. Otherwise, ticket purchases are considered final sale and cannot be canceled or refunded. If you are unable to attend your event or have unwanted tickets, Vivid Seats recommends you resell the tickets on its platform.

You can sign up for Vivid Seats Rewards through the Vivid Seats mobile app. The biggest perk is that members get their 11th ticket purchase free after buying 10 tickets. Members can also get a birthday reward, surprise seat upgrades and invites to VIP events based on their rewards level.

The free ticket offer works similarly to a stamp card like you might find at a local coffee shop or pizzeria. Members earn a “stamp” reward for every ticket purchase and get a free ticket credit once they collect 10 stamps. The dollar value of the free ticket credit is based on the average ticket cost of your previous 10 ticket purchases, excluding taxes and fees. The free ticket credit can be redeemed on any event, with no exclusions. Note that unused stamps from ticket purchases expire after two years. Customers can earn a maximum of five free ticket credits per calendar year.

Vivid Seats customers can use PayPal Pay Later to buy their tickets on a flexible payment plan. PayPal Pay Later has two options: Pay in 4 and Pay Monthly. Pay in 4 plans are interest-free and allow ticket buyers to complete their purchase in four equal installments paid every two weeks. For larger purchases, you may prefer a Pay Monthly plan, which will enable you to extend payments over several months, subject to interest fees.
