Questions shoppers ask about Vosges Haut-Chocolat
How does Vosges ship chocolate during warm weather?
During warmer months, Vosges may require expedited shipping and add cooling packs to protect your chocolate from melting. If it's over 95掳F at your destination, they might hold your order until it's safe to ship.
What is Vosges Haut-Chocolat's return policy?
Vosges does not accept standard returns or exchanges because chocolate is perishable. If your order is damaged, incorrect, or unsatisfactory, contact the Chocolate Concierge team right away. The team will review the concern and determine an appropriate solution.
Does Vosges Haut-Chocolat ship internationally?
Vosges ships to the continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada. The company does not currently ship to other countries. If you're in Canada, you may need to pay customs duties, taxes, or other fees before delivery.
Can I change or cancel a Vosges order?
If you need to change or cancel your Vosges order, contact them within two hours of your order confirmation. After that, your order may already be in progress and changes are not guaranteed.
