For U.S. orders, the merchant estimates 4 to 10 working days for delivery of your items. Delivery costs $5 for standard ground shipping. You can track your order by clicking on the link you receive in your email or through your account.

If you are not completely satisfied within 30 days of receiving your order, reach out to customer service. Please include your original order number and what your issue is, and the merchant's customer service team will help you out. The satisfaction guarantee only applies to your initial order (i.e., case and refill bundles).

Due to the nature of the products, the merchant is unable to accept returns due to a change of mind, change of circumstance, or if you did not cancel your subscription before it was renewed. They will only accept returns if an item is faulty or it is not as described.
