Shipping
Pact processes orders within two business days. Standard shipping is free for orders over $100 and $5 for orders under this minimum. Expedited shipping is $3 for orders over $75 and $8 for orders under.
Returns
Pact offers a hassle-free returns and exchanges policy within 30 days of purchase for unworn and unwashed items in their original packaging. Shoppers can use Happy Returns locations for a box-free, label-free and contact-free return, or opt for a home-printed label with a $3 processing fee when using UPS. Clearance items are exempt from returns or exchanges, and there is a 30-day window for completing approved returns or exchanges. After this period, the return becomes invalid.
