Packages are shipped Monday through Friday. For FedEx ground shipping within the 48 contiguous states, most packages typically arrive at your door within 5-7 business days. However, if Express Shipping was selected or if the part needs to be manufactured, delivery times may vary.

When purchasing multiple items of the same product, you'll receive a 50% discount on shipping charges for each additional item after paying the full shipping charge for the first item. This offer excludes specific products like AlloyCover, PetRamp, Roll Up Truck Bed Covers, Stone & Bug Deflectors, TechLiner, and Under Seat Storage System. The discount is applicable only to Standard Ground shipping within the 48 contiguous states, and the entire order must be shipped to the same address. To return a WeatherTech product, visit the Customer Order Online Help Center and enter your order number and billing zip code to initiate the return process. All products must be returned in new and unused condition, and shipping fees are prepaid by the customer. Refunds are issued for returned merchandise, minus shipping and packaging costs. COD returns are not accepted.

Contact the Customer Service Department to obtain a return authorization number, valid for 30 days from receipt of your order. Returns without this number may be delayed or refused. Include the return authorization number on the outside of the box.

Refunds for returns within 30 days are credited to the original payment method: cash, check, money order, credit card, or PayPal. Gifts are refunded to the billing/payment method or as a WeatherTech Gift Card. Returns after 30 days are refunded onto a WeatherTech Gift Card.
