Williams Sonoma promo codes & deals

The idea for Williams Sonoma was born on a trip to Paris, where founder Chuck Williams became enchanted by the top-quality French cookware available to local chefs. Seeking to bring cast iron French ovens and copper saucepans to the U.S., Williams opened up his first shop in Sonoma, California, in 1956.

Today, Williams Sonoma has become a leader in fine cookware, bakeware, and kitchen tools, as well as home goods and furniture. The brand is the namesake of the Williams-Sonoma Inc. family of stores, which includes Williams Sonoma Home, Pottery Barn, Pottery Barn Kids, PBteen, West Elm, Mark and Graham, and Rejuvenation.

Williams Sonoma offers Standard shipping and Next-Day shipping options. Standard shipping arrives in four to five business days on most items (personalized items take an additional two days). Standard shipping rates start at $5.95 for orders of up to $15 and increase as orders get larger. Next-day shipping orders arrive the following business day if ordered before 6 p.m. Next-day shipping costs an additional $26 on top of the standard shipping fee.

If you're not happy with your purchase, you can make a return or exchange within 30 days of purchase. You can make returns either in a Williams Sonoma store or by mail. If returning by mail, you can print a return shipping label from your Williams Sonoma account online. Some items, like food products, may be final sale and cannot be returned.

The Williams Sonoma rewards program is called The Key. It’s a shared loyalty program across all Williams-Sonoma Inc. family brands, including Pottery Barn, Pottery Barn Kids, PBteen, West Elm, Williams Sonoma Home and Mark & Graham.

The program hooks members up with 2% back in rewards on purchases from Williams Sonoma or any Williams-Sonoma Inc. brand, a reward code after you earn a minimum of $10 issued within 30 days, exclusive offers, early access to sales and products and free design services.

Reward codes are issued after you’ve earned $10 or more. You will get an email with your reward code 30 days after earning your reward. You can use your reward at William Sonoma or any Williams-Sonoma Inc. brand, either in-store or online.

Williams Sonoma offers another convenient way to pay for your purchases online with Affirm. Starting at 0% APR, you can split your order total into monthly installments. Interest rates vary and depend on repayment schedule and order total. For more information, check out William Sonoma's website.

Williams Sonoma lets you place an order, then pick it up in store for free — usually on the same day. To place an order for pickup, filter your search by “Pick It Up Today” and make sure the location is set to your local store. On the product page, select “In-Store” Pick Up, then hit “Add to Cart”. From there, you can checkout as normal. When your order is ready, you’ll receive an email. Once you’re at the store, you can show an associate your ID and order number to pick up your items.
