What is Windscribe's return and refund policy?
In order to qualify for a refund, you must submit a request within three days of payment and have used less than 10 GB of data. If it's been longer than three days or you have used more than 10 GB of data, you won't be eligible for a refund.
Cancellations
What is Windscribe's cancellation policy?
You can cancel your Windscribe Pro account by going into your account and clicking Cancel Subscription under the Account Status tab. This will only be available if you have auto billing on your account. If you didn't enroll in auto billing, you can cancel your account by waiting until the end of your paid period and not resubscribing.

How do I get discounts on my Windscribe subscription?
Save money on your Windscribe account by referring a friend. You'll get one GB of data for every friend that creates an account. You'll also get a Pro account if they sign up for Pro. Occasionally, Windscribe will also give out coupon codes, so sign up for emails and follow them on social media to be in-the-know.
How do I cancel my Windscribe account?
If you have a Windscribe Pro account, you can cancel as long as you've signed up for reoccurring billing. If you haven't, you have to wait until the end of your billing period. Your account won't renew.
What is Windscribe's refund policy?
If you changed your mind, you have three days to request a refund. After three days, you will no longer be eligible for a refund. If you used more than 10 GB within those three days, you also won't qualify for a refund.
