Withings promo codes & deals

Products purchased directly from Withings.com can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Returns can be initiated through your account without contacting support for standard change-of-mind returns within that window. Defective products covered under warranty require a support interaction before initiating the return. After Withings receives and confirms your return at their warehouse, allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to be processed. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, and Withings does not charge you fees for the refund. The Withings+ subscription is not refundable after purchase.

Standard shipping in the U.S. is free on all orders over $49. Orders under $49 carry a shipping fee shown at checkout after entering your address. Shipping is available to the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and most of Europe, though customs and brokerage fees for Canada and Mexico are the customer's responsibility.

All Withings products come with a 2-year commercial warranty from the date of delivery, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If a product fails within the warranty period, Withings will repair or replace it at no charge and cover the return and outbound shipping costs. To submit a warranty claim, contact Withings support with your proof of purchase.

Withings offers installment payment plans through both PayPal and Klarna on the Withings store. This lets you split your purchase into equal installments rather than paying the full amount up front. Both options are available at checkout on withings.com.
