Each book is made to order and takes one to three business days to prepare, print and ship. Once shipped, orders take about two to four business days to arrive. Wonderbly does not offer free shipping at this time.
Returns
What is Wonderbly's return and refund policy?
If you want a refund for your order, you can only do so under the following circumstances:
- Your order hasn’t been delivered within 40 days
- You discover a fault in the product within 14 days of receipt.
If your order falls under these conditions, Wonderbly will refund all the money you paid, including delivery charges, once you email hello@wonderbly.com.
