Xfinity Mobile promo codes & deals

Xfinity Mobile is a mobile carrier that offers voice plans, data plans, and device shopping. They offer unlimited data and text plans, as well as a la carte data options. The data options are divided into five categories: Unlimited, By the Gig, Shared, Family and Prepaid. You can mix and match these options to build a plan tailored to you. They also offer a deal where you can save $15/month when you bundle Xfinity Mobile with other Xfinity services and Comcast cable plans.

By simply placing a device order within the United States through Xfinity Mobile, you'll enjoy complimentary shipping. All qualifying orders automatically qualify for free two-day shipping. If you're bringing your own device to Xfinity Mobile and require a new nanoSIM (a physical SIM card), anticipate delivery within about five business days.

Xfinity provides a 14-day window from the date your device is shipped for initiating returns or exchanges. For accessories, you have 30 days from the purchase date to begin the return or exchange process. Please note that restocking fees and return shipping fees may be applicable.

If you want to cancel your contract, you will need to call Xfinity at 1-888-936-9467. Please note, cancellation fees may apply. You can also explore other options such as switching to another plan or replacing a device you have with a newer model. You may be eligible for promotions and special deals as an existing customer.

Join Xfinity Rewards for fee online. This isn't a traditional Rewards program that offers points, instead you'll be offered a revolving selection of rewards just for being a customer. For example you may be offered a movie night (for Xfinity cable customers) or giveaways. The longer you remain a loyal Xfinity customer the more rewards you'll get!
