Zensah allows returns and exchanges within 60 days, provided that the items are new and unworn. Please note that customers are responsible for the shipping costs, as the company does not provide prepaid return labels. Additionally, due to hygiene restrictions, face coverings and certain styles of underwear are not eligible for return.

Zensah ships to select international destinations through USPS First-Class International. Delivery takes about 14 to 28 days, depending on the destination and possible holiday delays. You must pay any import duties, taxes, customs charges, or other fees assessed by your country.

Zensah offers several installment payment options at checkout, including PayPal Pay Later, Apple Pay Later, Shop Pay, and Sezzle. Eligible shoppers can divide the purchase total into smaller payments instead of paying the full amount upfront. Standard credit cards remain available as well.

Zensah provides free standard shipping on domestic orders over $70 within the contiguous United States. The warehouse processes orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Allow up to two business days for your package to leave the Hallandale Beach, Florida, facility before carrier transit begins.
