Free in-store pickup is available at all American Eagle and Aerie stores. When shopping, look for items marked as “Free Pickup Today” to get your items as soon as possible, often ready for pickup at your designated store within two hours. Most other AE products can be shipped to a local store for pickup, helping you avoid shipping charges. Eligible items are marked as “Free Ship to Store” on its product pages and take 5-10 business days to arrive. Once your order is ready, your store will hold your items for up to 7 days. Orders not picked up within 7 days will be canceled.
