About Beringer

Founded in 1876, Beringer is Napa Valley's longest continuously operating winery, producing a wide range of red and white wines for everyday drinkers and serious collectors alike. Its Private Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon is among the most decorated wines in the country. Wine enthusiasts, gift shoppers, and visitors to its historic St. Helena estate are all part of its broad and loyal audience.

Questions shoppers ask about Beringer

What is Beringer's refund policy?

Beringer does not accept returns or refunds for orders changed because of buyer's remorse. If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or of unacceptable quality, contact customer service so the issue can be reviewed. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days, although your bank may require additional processing time.

Can I customize the wines in my Wine Club shipments?

Wine Club members can customize each shipment by selecting the wines that best match their preferences before the order is processed. Available options depend on your club membership and the current selection. Shipment dates can also be adjusted.

How do I cancel my Wine Club membership?

Wine Club membership can be cancelled after you receive your second club shipment by providing at least 15 days' notice before your next scheduled release. The club has a 2-shipment minimum commitment. Once your cancellation is processed, no future shipments or membership charges will be scheduled.

Does Beringer ship wine to all states?

Beringer ships wine only to states where direct-to-consumer wine shipments are permitted by law. Shipping availability depends on your delivery address and current state regulations. During checkout, eligible shipping options are displayed automatically. If your state is unavailable, customer service can confirm current shipping restrictions.
