Sterling Vineyards promo codes & deals

All wines must be received by an adult who is 21 years of age or older. If no one is available at your home address to receive your shipments, please ship your order to your office or another location where someone will be present. If, after three delivery attempts, your wine is returned to the merchant, you can request that your order be shipped to a different address. Additional shipping fees will be charged to your credit card. They highly recommend temperature-controlled shipping for the best results and to reduce heat stress on your wines.

Once you have placed an order, please note that they are unable to cancel or edit your order. Accordingly, please ensure all product and delivery details are correct. This merchant does not accept returns for change of mind purchases.

In the unlikely event that the goods received are faulty or defective, not as ordered or not of acceptable quality, please contact customer service, and they will attempt to remedy the situation as soon as possible. If a refund is to be made, it will be made to the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 7 to 10 working days.
