About Boppy

New parents discover Boppy quickly, usually through a recommendation from another parent who swears by it. The brand's iconic nursing pillow has been a postpartum staple for decades, and its lineup has since expanded to include baby loungers, bouncers, and developmental toys. Safety, ergonomic design, and easy-to-clean materials run through everything the brand makes. Boppy is sold at Target, Buy Buy Baby, and Amazon, and remains one of the most gifted baby brands at showers across the country.

Questions shoppers ask about Boppy

Does Boppy offer a warranty?

Yes. Boppy provides a one-year Limited Warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship on most products. Boppy Healthcare items are excluded. When a covered defect appears more than 30 days after purchase but within one year, submit a warranty claim instead of using the standard return process. Contact Boppy for claim instructions.

What is Boppy's return policy?

Boppy accepts unused, unopened items returned through its online portal within 30 days of purchase. Original shipping charges are not refundable. Custom Nursing Support orders cannot be returned or cancelled. Newborn Lounger returns require a separate call-center process, so contact Boppy directly for instructions before attempting to send one back.

What is Boppy's shipping policy?

Boppy charges a $10 flat shipping rate for FedEx Ground orders under $75. Orders totaling more than $75 qualify for free standard shipping. FedEx 2Day delivery is also available for an additional charge. Expedited pricing depends on the order's dimensional weight and appears during checkout before you complete the purchase.

Does Boppy offer exchanges?

Boppy offers exchanges only for gifts purchased through boppy.com. Exchanges are limited to items of the same type and price. Unused, unopened products and items confirmed as defective may qualify within 30 days of purchase. Approval remains subject to Boppy's review, so contact customer service before returning the original gift.
