Chilewich accepts returns within 30 days of the item's ship date on items in unused condition with all original labels and tags attached. To process your return, visit the Returns Portal on chilewich.com. Items not returned in as-new condition may be refused. Custom orders and items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange. International sales are also final. If you believe you received a defective product or a shipment was damaged in transit, contact customerservice@chilewich.com or call 888-851-7130 immediately with a photo of the damage.

Free shipping applies to U.S. orders of $150 or more within the contiguous United States. All orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days from the date your order is placed. International shipping fees, duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are non-refundable. If an uncollected international order sits idle at the Chilewich warehouse for more than 5 business days after the confirmed ship date, a daily storage fee of 2% of the total order value applies. Once your order ships, tracking information is provided.

Chilewich warrants all products for 1 year from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects that result in deterioration of product texture or appearance. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by failure to follow Chilewich's care instructions, which are available on the website. To report a defective product, contact customerservice@chilewich.com with a photo of the defect as soon as possible.

When you buy 4 or more samples, you receive $10 off your next order. Samples are available directly through chilewich.com and cover the full range of patterns, finishes, and colorways across all product categories.
