Fast Growing Trees Nursery promo codes & deals

Fast Growing Trees guarantees all plants and trees arrive alive, healthy, and true to the described variety. If your plant dies of natural causes during the coverage period, the company provides a one-time replacement at no charge, though replacement shipping costs are at the customer's expense. If a replacement is unavailable due to inventory, a credit equal to the original purchase price may be issued. Garden supplies and hard goods can be returned within 60 days of purchase.

Standard shipping is free on orders over $99. Fast Growing Trees ships plants carefully packed to arrive healthy and ready to grow. Most orders ship from the company's Fort Mill, South Carolina facility. Delivery timing depends on your location and the type of plant ordered. Fast Growing Trees ships to all 50 U.S. states, though some plants are restricted based on growing zone or state agricultural regulations.

Fast Growing Trees offers a purchasable 1-Year Alive and Thrive Guarantee on eligible plants and trees. The warranty covers your plant for a full year after delivery and provides a one-time replacement if the plant dies of natural causes during that period. To submit a claim, use the Contact Us form on the website. Photos of the affected plant are required. Replacement shipping costs are at the customer's expense, and the warranty does not cover plants grown outside their recommended zone.

Fast Growing Trees has a TreeCash program that rewards you for purchases. You earn $25 in TreeCash for every $100 spent on qualifying items. TreeCash is delivered as an account credit after your order ships in full and can be applied to future purchases by logging into your account. Minimum purchase thresholds for redemption are calculated after all discounts are applied. TreeCash is non-transferable, non-refundable, and expires at the end of the redemption period.
