Questions shoppers ask about Canopy
Can I pause my subscription?
Yes, you can pause or skip a filter shipment anytime, as long as you do it at least three days before your next order processes. That way you won’t get charged or shipped by mistake.
What’s the return policy?
Canopy offers a 30-day return window. Items need to be in like-new condition with original packaging. If you’re on the fence, this gives you time to test a product risk-free.
Are replacement parts available?
Yes, most replacement parts for humidifiers and diffusers are listed on Canopy’s website. If you’re not sure what you need, their support team can point you in the right direction.
Can I cancel an order?
Cancellations are possible, but you’ll need to act fast. Once your order is processed for shipping, it can’t be stopped, so it’s best to reach out to Canopy’s customer experience team right away.
Does Canopy offer warranty coverage?
Yes, most Canopy devices come with a one-year limited warranty that covers defects in materials or workmanship. If something stops working under normal use, you can reach out to their support team for a repair, replacement, or refund. Pro tip: registering your product right after purchase makes the claim process smoother.
