About Helix Sleep
About Helix Sleep
Not everyone sleeps the same way, and Helix was built around that idea. Its online quiz matches shoppers with a mattress tailored to their sleep position, body type, and firmness preference, taking the guesswork out of one of the most important purchases a person can make. Side sleepers, couples with different needs, and anyone who has struggled to find the right mattress make up its broad audience. Helix offers a 100-night trial and free shipping on every order.

Questions shoppers ask about Helix Sleep
What is Helix Sleep's return policy?
Mattresses come with a 120-Night Sleep Trial, and your return is only eligible after the required 30-night break-in period. Foundations, frames, and adjustable bases carry a separate 30-night trial, and the Happy with Helix program allows up to two returns per household.
Does Helix Sleep offer a warranty?
Yes, a Limited Lifetime Warranty covers manufacturing defects on Helix mattresses. If Helix confirms a covered defect, they'll repair or replace the product, and you may also receive reimbursement toward the shipping costs involved in that specific claim.
Does Helix Sleep ship internationally?
The sleep trial and return policy only apply within the United States and Canada. If you take a mattress or accessory outside those regions, the trial becomes void, and the item is no longer eligible for return, exchange, or refund under Helix's standard policy.
What is Helix Sleep's shipping policy?
Standard shipping is free, and mattresses arrive compressed in a box via FedEx or UPS. In-home delivery and setup is available for an additional fee, currently $149 for the first item and $199 for two or more items, which includes room placement and packaging removal.
