Known for its soft and eco-friendly bamboo-based fabrics, Kyte Baby offers a range of items designed for infants and toddlers. The brand’s product line includes sleepwear, blankets, clothing, and accessories crafted from high-quality materials. Kyte Baby emphasizes breathable and hypoallergenic fabrics, promoting a cozy and safe environment for babies. Free shipping is available for U.S. orders over $85. For rewards program members, lower minimums apply. Priority shipping or VIP fulfillment is available for an additional fee, with same-day or next business day fulfillment. However, this option may not be available during high volume periods or clearance sales.

Kyte Baby offers shipping options for regular-priced items with an estimated fulfillment time of three to five business days. Standard shipping to the U.S. typically takes five to 10 business days, while VIP shipping can expedite delivery within two to four business days. During large releases or sales events, shipping may take up to two weeks or four weeks, respectively.

Kyte Baby's return and exchange policy allows for refunds or exchanges on regular-priced items within 45 days of purchase, provided that the items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags. A $7.50 fee is charged for returns, but this fee is waived if store credit is chosen. Final sale items cannot be returned.

Exchanges for different sizes, colors or products are facilitated through the return portal, free of charge. You can choose from various exchange options, and the item being returned must be dropped off with the carrier. Inventory availability for exchanges is not guaranteed, and you will be contacted if your chosen item goes out of stock.

Kyte Baby's order cancellation policy allows customers to cancel or edit their orders within 24 hours of placement. This can be done through their Kyte Baby account or via the order confirmation email.

Unfortunately, changes such as adding or removing items, changing the address, or canceling orders outside of the 24-hour window cannot be accommodated. Additionally, Kyte Baby does not allow order edit or cancellation during sales or launches. If customers wish to add something to their order after the 24-hour window, they must place a separate order, as orders cannot be combined.
