Items must be returned with a return merchandise authorization (RMA), which can be obtained by calling customer service. Free return shipping is available for select items within the contiguous U.S., but the original packaging must be used. Furniture and rug purchases cannot be returned to stores and require shipping back to the original warehouse.

For a complete list of conditions and exceptions, visit the Return Policy page of the Lamps Plus website.

Lamps Plus allows cancellations and changes to orders that have not yet been shipped. To initiate an order cancellation, contact customer support as soon as possible at 877-704-2425 (or 800-304-8120 for Professionals program members). Cancellation requests are not considered guaranteed until you receive a confirmation email verifying the cancellation.

Lamps Plus offers a price-matching policy. Within 60 days of purchase, if a customer finds the identical product advertised for less by a competitor, Lamps Plus will match that price and refund the difference. The lower price must be in the same currency and listed by an authorized dealer. Exclusions include items from secondary sellers, used items and promotional pricing. To submit a claim, customers must provide relevant details, such as the competitor's URL and advertised price, either through the website or by mail. Refunds may take up to six weeks to process.
