Murdoch’s offers online customers a 60-day return window, beginning from the date of shipment. All returned items must be in like-new, unused condition, with all original tags. In addition, Murdoch’s provides a return shipping label at a flat fee of $15. Some items, including firearms, animal vaccines, refrigerated items and live animals, are not eligible for return.

If you regularly purchase animal food at Murdoch’s, you may be eligible to take advantage of their frequent buyer discounts, earning your way to free food and other rewards with each new bag of feed you buy.

At checkout, you can opt to pick up your purchase at your nearest Murdoch’s store. When the item is available for pickup (typically within two hours of you placing the order, if it was in stock), you will receive an email inviting you to collect your item at the store. Present both the email and a valid, government-issued ID and you can pick up your item at the cashier or call ahead for curbside pickup.
