What is Orvis' shipping and delivery policy?
Orvis ships to customers in the continental U.S., Alaska and Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses, P.O. boxes, U.S. territories, and select countries. Depending on your location, you have the option of standard, ground and three-day shipping options. Shipping charges vary depending on your location and the value of your order, but start at $6. All orders are shipped via standard delivery unless you upgrade to a different delivery method. Check their website for prices on different shipping options.
Free Shipping
Orvis occasionally offers free shipping on orders of $50 or more, before tax and after any discounts. Orvis offers free standard or ground shipping on all orders to Orvis Rewards Visa cardholders. They may also send out free shipping promo codes to customers who are signed up for their email alerts.
Returns
What is Orvis' return and refund policy?
If you’re not happy with your order, Orvis wants to make it right. Orvis has something called a Great Catch Guarantee on every product it sells. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund or exchange. You can return items in-store and through the mail.
If you use their prepaid shipping label, $6.95 will be deducted from your refund amount. If you’re exchanging an item by mail, Orvis will process it as a return so you can make a new purchase. They’ll waive the $6.95 fee and make sure you get free shipping on your replacement order. To start a return, you can go to their returns portal online or call their customer service number at 1-800-635-7635.
Pickup
What pickup options does Orvis offer?
Orvis offers convenient in-store and curbside pickup services at select locations.
- Shop online at Orvis.com and if the item you wish to purchase is available at a store nearby, you’ll see a button to “Reserve now, pick up in store.”
- Complete your purchase and Orvis will send you an email when your order is ready for pickup.
- Follow the instructions in your confirmation email to claim your order.
