Portmeirion promo codes & deals

Portmeirion accepts returns of new, unused merchandise within 30 days of the shipping date. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, but delivery charges are not refunded. Personalized, clearance, open-box, nearly perfect, and seconds merchandise are final sale and do not qualify for return under the standard policy.

Portmeirion processes orders within five to seven business days before shipment. FedEx delivery within the continental United States then takes another one to seven business days, depending on the destination. Total arrival time includes both processing and transit, so review tracking details once the package leaves the company's warehouse.

No. Portmeirion does not ship internationally through its U.S. website. Orders must go to an eligible address within the United States. Customers outside the country should purchase through a regional Portmeirion retailer or distributor that serves their location and review that seller's shipping and delivery terms before placing an order.

Contact Portmeirion Customer Service as soon as possible to request an order change or cancellation. Email customerservice@portmeirion-usa.com or call 888-778-1471 with your order details. Changes are not guaranteed once fulfillment begins, so prompt contact gives the support team the best chance to stop or update your order.
