Poshmark promo codes & deals

Poshmark is an online marketplace and social commerce platform that allows users to buy and sell new or gently used clothing, accessories and footwear. Launched in 2011, Poshmark has created a vibrant community where individuals can shop for fashion items at affordable prices while also monetizing their own closets. Sellers, known as "Poshers," can list products directly from their mobile devices, creating a seamless and user-friendly experience. Poshmark caters to a diverse audience, offering a wide range of styles and brands. Poshmark has become a go-to destination for fashion enthusiasts looking for unique finds and sustainable shopping options.

Poshmark charges a flat rate of $7.97 for expedited shipping on all orders. All orders, excluding electronics, are shipped via USPS one- to three-day Priority Mail. Orders with electronics follow standard two- to five-day delivery using USPS Ground Advantage. Unforeseen USPS issues may cause delays of up to two weeks. Multiple listings from the same closet can be bundled for the same rate of $7.97, provided the total order weight stays below 5 pounds. Any additional costs for exceeding this weight are paid by the seller.

All sales are final on Poshmark, but buyers can open a case within three days of delivery if they don't receive the item or if it doesn't match the listing. Returns are not accepted for fit issues, unwanted items or delayed delivery. If the received item is not as described, the wrong item, or has other issues, buyers can upload photos, and if verified, Poshmark will facilitate the return process and offer a full refund. To prevent issues, sellers are advised to create detailed and descriptive listings, and buyers are encouraged to review photos and descriptions, asking sellers for additional details if needed.

Once orders are shipped, cancellation is not possible. Orders made through an offer are considered final sale and cannot be canceled due to accidental purchases. However, unshipped orders placed through Buy Now can be canceled within three hours of placement. To cancel an accidental purchase, users can navigate to the Account Tab or profile picture, choose My Purchases, select the specific order, click on Problems/Order Inquiry, opt for Accidental Purchase, and confirm cancellation by selecting Yes.
