Zulily promo codes & deals

Shoppers love Zulily because it offers incredible discounts on top brands and boutique labels. In fact, the deals are so good that the retailer makes fashion, shoes, children's clothing, home decor, and more available for up to 70% off retail prices, making it easy for families to look their best for less.

Registration and Daily Sales

Unlike most retailers, Zulily requires shoppers to register for a free account to access their sales. Zulily is constantly offering new products as part of its daily sales, which typically last just 72 hours, making it important to check back often.

Products Sold

Zulily sells a variety of products, including:

• Apparel, shoes and accessories for women, men, kids and babies.
• Home and garden essentials.
• Toys and games for kids of all ages.
• Sport and outdoor essentials.
• Beauty and wellness products.
• Electronics.
• Books and other media.
• Grocery and pantry items.

Shipping

Typically, shipping is free when shopping on Zulily. When purchasing items from Zulily, shipping can take a little bit longer than it does when shopping at other retailers. This is because of Zulily’s unique model:

• After a sale on the Zulily website ends, the retailer places one big order for the items that its shoppers requested. These items are then sent to the Zulily warehouse.
• Once the items arrive at the Zulily warehouse, the team groups all the orders together before shipping them from the warehouse to the shoppers.
• Some items are available to ship more quickly because they are already in the Zulily warehouse. These items are marked by a rocket icon. However, purchasing these items typically comes with an additional shipping fee.

Customer Service

The Zulily [Help Center] is a great place for a customer to start, as it includes helpful answers to commonly asked questions. If someone can’t find the answer that they’re looking for, they can reach out using the [live chat] feature on the Zulily website. Customers can also call 877-779-5616 or email service@zulily.com for assistance. The customer service team is available Monday to Friday from 5 a.m. to 9 p.m. PT and Saturday to Sunday from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. PT.

Return Policy

Zulily makes it easy to submit a return and will accept returns made within 30 days.

• To submit a return, customers will go to “my orders’ and select “return item” under the eligible item’s name.
• They’ll then print out a shipping label, which they’ll attach to the package with the merchandise to be returned.
• Finally, they’ll drop off the return package at a USPS location.
• Store credit is then issued for the returned item with the return shipping fee deducted from the total.

If a customer receives a damaged, defective, or wrong item, they can contact Zulily customer service directly, and the company will make it right.

Daily Sales

Zulily has daily sales, which is why the retailer is able to offer such low prices. Every day, Zulily features new items on its website, which will typically only be available for 72 hours or less. Because of the limited-time nature of Zulily, shoppers tend to check the website every day and sign up for email alerts to make sure that they don’t miss a deal.
