About Purple
About Purple
Purple is one of the biggest and most innovative online mattress retailers. Despite being a relatively young direct-to-consumer brand (founded in 2015), it has quickly grown in popularity thanks to its unique GelFlex Grid technology, AKA the Purple Grid. This revolutionary material is unlike anything you’ll find in a traditional mattress, with many customers describing the feeling as “floating.” It’s designed to provide optimal comfort and pressure relief without sacrificing support or trapping heat like memory foam.
Today, Purple sells several different mattress models – from budget-friendly classics that made Purple famous to its high-end luxury hybrids – along with high-quality pillows, bedding and bed frames to complete your sleep experience. While you can now find Purple products at other retailers and in local mattress stores, you’ll often find the best deal and biggest savings when you buy online from Purple directly.

Returns
What is Purple's return and refund policy?
One of the biggest perks of buying a mattress online is a sleep trial, which lets you try out the mattress in your own home. Purple offers a 100-night sleep trial on its mattresses and pillows and a 30-day trial on bedding and seat cushions. If you are unsatisfied with the product, you can return it for free for a full refund. For mattresses, Purple will arrange for pickup, and customers can also opt to exchange it for a different Purple mattress. Additional conditions apply for return eligibility, and bed frames cannot be returned.

What are the best Purple sales and seasonal discounts?
