About SeatGeek
About SeatGeek
SeatGeek is a trusted marketplace where you can buy and sell tickets to sporting events, concerts, festivals, Broadway shows and other live entertainment.
One of our favorite SeatGeek features is its Deal Score. This score can help you truly find the best ticket deals for your money.
- The Deal Score can help you as a buyer because it compares your seat selection and price to other available tickets on SeatGeek and other ticket sites.
- It also can help ticket sellers by showing how their pricing compares to other sellers.
When we buy tickets through SeatGeek, we like to use a promo code like the one that offers $10 off an in-app purchase of $150+.

Returns
What is SeatGeek's return and refund policy?
SeatGeek is a marketplace, so it cannot refund, cancel or exchange ticket purchases between buyers and sellers. However, there are a few exceptions, such as:
- If an event is canceled and not rescheduled
- If a ticket doesn’t meet the standards of SeatGeek’s Buyer Guarantee
Additionally, some ticket sales may be eligible for return or exchange. Otherwise, you can also resell your purchased tickets on the SeatGeek marketplace.
SeatGeek buyer guarantee
Every ticket sold on SeatGeek is guaranteed to arrive in time for the event, be valid for entry and be the same as those you ordered.
If not, you can contact SeatGeek support, which will either find you comparable or better tickets to the event or offer a refund or credit.
Cancellations
What is SeatGeek's cancellation policy?
If the event you booked via SeatGeek is canceled and not rescheduled, you are entitled to a refund for your ticket purchase.
For events that are rescheduled or postponed, your tickets are typically still valid for the new event dates. In this case,
- You cannot get a refund if you are unable to attend on the new dates.
- However, you can resell your tickets on SeatGeek or another ticket marketplace.
