Side Deal promo codes & deals

Side Deal usually ships orders within one to three business days, and you will receive a tracking number via email once it leaves. They charge a flat shipping fee of $8.99 per order, regardless of how many items you buy at once. If you join their membership program, you can get free shipping on every purchase you make across their family of websites.

Side Deal offers a 14-day window to request a return for most items that arrive damaged or defective. Because they sell closeout items at deep discounts, many products are marked as "final sale" and cannot be returned for a refund. If the item is found to be faulty, the team will review your claim and issue a refund to the original payment method.

To start a return, you must email the Side Deal customer support team within 14 days of receiving your package. They will provide instructions on where to send the items, but you are responsible for the cost of the return shipping. Note: Items that have been used are not returnable.

Side Deal generally does not offer traditional exchanges because its inventory moves very quickly and items often sell out. If you receive the wrong size or a broken item, your best bet is to request a refund and place a new order if the product is still in stock. This ensures you get the replacement you want before the deal expires on the website.
