About The Nomadik
About The Nomadik
Full-size gear from smaller, adventure-focused brands arrives each month or quarter through The Nomadik, an outdoor subscription box built around discovery rather than a single category of gear. Each shipment includes several products alongside a themed challenge card and trip tips tied to that month's featured equipment. Flexible account controls let members skip or adjust shipments, giving subscribers more control than a typical fixed subscription model.
Questions shoppers ask about The Nomadik
Can I return or exchange items from my box?
You may return your entire box for a full refund as long as all items are in their original, unused condition. Notify The Nomadik within 14 days of delivery to start the return process, since requests submitted after that window may not be eligible.
What is the Ironclad Guarantee?
If you're not 100% satisfied with your box, The Nomadik will work with you directly to make it right, whether that means arranging a return, issuing a refund, or finding another solution. This guarantee is meant to remove the risk of trying gear from brands you may not be familiar with yet.
Can I skip a month or cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can skip any month or cancel your subscription anytime directly through your account, with no contracts or hidden fees involved. Make sure any cancellation is submitted before the first of the month to avoid being charged for the upcoming shipment.
How often are boxes shipped?
Boxes ship by the 24th of each month, giving subscribers a consistent monthly delivery window to plan around. If you subscribe before the 13th, your Welcome Box ships that same month; if you subscribe after the 13th, your first box ships the following month instead.
