What is Turo's cancellation policy?
Turo offers a free cancellation period, which spans 24 hours before the trip starts or one hour after booking for reservations made less than 25 hours in advance. It’s important to note that the cancellation period aligns with the vehicle's time zone.

- Trips that last two days or less receive a refund minus half of one day's average cost.
- Longer trips receive a refund minus the average cost of one day.
- Protection plans, Extras, and young driver fees are fully refunded in all cases.
If you cancel a car rental because the car is unclean or unsafe, you are eligible for a full refund if you reject the vehicle, don't check in and promptly contact Turo.
