Questions shoppers ask about Bobblegifts
What's the shipping and delivery policy?
Bobblegifts ships worldwide and offers free standard shipping on orders over $139. Orders below that threshold have shipping fees calculated at checkout. Customers receive tracking information once orders are shipped, and express shipping is available for those who need faster delivery.
What's the return and refund policy?
Bobblegifts accepts returns or exchanges within 30 days of receipt for eligible items. Because each bobblehead is custom-made, returns are limited to unused items in original condition and packaging. Customized or discounted pieces generally cannot be returned. If damage or quality issues occur, customers may submit photos for review and request a remake or refund where applicable.
How do I apply a Bobblegifts promo or coupon code?
At checkout, customers can enter a Bobblegifts promo code or discount code in the designated field before submitting payment. If valid, the discount applies immediately. Only one code can be used per order, but discounts can be combined with free shipping when the order exceeds the qualifying threshold.
What if my custom bobblehead arrives damaged or incorrect?
If an item arrives broken, defective, or different from the approved proof, customers should contact Bobblegifts within three days of receiving the order. Clear photos are required for review. If the claim is approved, Bobblegifts will issue a replacement or refund and will cover return shipping when the issue is on their end.
