DailyLook has a 30-day return policy, during which you can get a full refund for items you've purchased from your curated box. For an item to be returned, it must be unworn and still have the tags, and it can't be marked Final Sale. A return shipping fee of $8.95 will be deducted from your refund.

DailyLook can't cancel your order after it's been sent to the company's warehouse.
