About Lula's Garden
About Lula's Garden
Lula’s Garden has turned the simple act of gifting into something both stylish and meaningful. Instead of a bouquet that fades in days, their signature succulent gardens arrive in chic, minimalist boxes that double as planters. No messy soil, no complicated setup. They’re easy to care for, even if you’re the kind of person who insists you can’t keep anything green alive. What sets the brand apart is its built-in impact. Each purchase helps provide six months of clean drinking water for someone in need through a partnership with Water.org. So when you send one of their gardens, you’re not just brightening someone’s desk or coffee table. You’re making a small but lasting difference in the world.
Questions shoppers ask about Lula's Garden
Where does Lula’s Garden ship?
They ship to addresses across the contiguous U.S. Most orders leave the warehouse within one to two business days and arrive in about one to three days via FedEx or USPS. If you live in Los Angeles, you can even opt for same-day hand delivery on weekday orders placed before late morning.
What’s the return policy?
Since succulents are live plants, sales are considered final. That said, if your garden arrives damaged or not in good condition, you can email a photo within 48 hours and the team will work with you to replace it or issue store credit.
Can I use discount codes or gift cards?
Yes, during checkout, just enter your code or gift card in the designated field and the discount will apply. Only one code can be used per purchase.
Is personalization available?
Definitely, you can include a personal note with your order, and for bulk or business gifts, custom branding is also an option. This makes Lula’s Garden popular for weddings, client thank-yous, or large-scale holiday gifting.
